Compass Executives, LLC, founded in June 2006, is a Nashville-based group of seasoned, C-Level executives providing management consulting services, leadership mentoring, and management advisory services to businesses throughout the southeast.

Affiliated with NMG Advisers, Inc., a Nashville-based consulting firm, Compass Executives is the first consulting firm of its kind in the region.  It is a unique collection of business leaders with diverse backgrounds united to mentor and guide other business leaders.  NMG launched Compass after identifying this need not being met by traditional consulting firms.

Each member of Compass Executives has previously owned a business or performed as a C-Level executive in a public or private company.   From banking to biotech to hospitality, each executive has made a mark on a different industry.  Their track record is proven and their experience is unmatched.  Together as advisers, they pool their diverse backgrounds to share strategies and offer guidance to today’s business leaders.

• Coaching/Mentoring.  We offer focused coaching to help improve a specific discipline, including strategic planning, acquisition, divestment, technology, financial management and human resources. We strategically guide management through difficult periods for the company or serve as a mentor for personal development.
• Interim Management.   We fill C-Level positions too critical to be left temporarily vacant, thereby helping a business continue to run effectively during a transition.
• Transaction Adviser. We provide advisory services in assisting and leading a business owner’s efforts to sell a business - including preparing the organization and guiding the process of identifying, marketing and leading the transaction.
