Prior to joining Compass, Harold spent the majority of his business career in commercial banking specializing in corporate banking, real estate, mortgage banking, international banking and cash management. Earlier in his career, he also worked for a Fortune 200 company (Cummins) and a large family-owned business (Aladdin Industries).
Harold served as a professor in the Jack C. Massey School of Business at Belmont University teaching Principles of Management and Business Ethics and served as the Executive Director for the Kennedy Ethics Center.
He has also served on various non-profit boards (Character Counts, Kennedy Ethics Center, Brentwood Rotary, McKendree Village, et al) and is serving on the Board of St. Thomas Health Foundation. His consulting experience has focused on organizational restructuring, executive mentorship, commercial banking relations, mergers and acquisitions and leadership development.
His undergraduate degree is from Butler University in Economics and MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
